Pre-sales Manager

Accelleran is on a path to disrupt the Intelligent & Cloud Native Open RAN market. To support its growth, Accelleran is seeking a senior Pre-sales Manager to help accelerate its Go To Market strategy. As an individual contributor, you will be the technical go-to person for our sales & marketing team and have the responsibility to differentiate Accelleran’s value proposition through eye-catching proposals, presentations and demos. You will also help translate the requirements from the market and lighthouse customers into high-level definitions for our team to create the best innovative solutions. 

Technical skills and requirements

  • Preferably computer or telecom engineering background, with a complementary business degree 

  • A complementary business degree is a plus but business acumen is a must 

  • 5+ years of experience in technical marketing and/or sales engineering, writing proposals, Statement of Work, etc.

  • Experience in 4G/5G RAN technologies 

  • Background in Cloud Native architecture of telecom products 

  • Experience in the private LTE and 5G ecosystem is a plus 

  • Excellent oral and written communication in English 

  • Experience in Project Management with Mobile Service Providers is a plus 

  • Willingness to travel 

  • Above average capacity for analysis and synthesis 

  • Communicative 

  • Easy contact and relation building 

  • Ability to build long-term trust relations with partners and customers 

  • Team-player: you will need to gather inputs from all sides of the organization 

  • Accountable and able to work under multitasking pressure 


  • Support customer meetings by presenting Accelleran Cloud Native Open RAN products, solutions and value proposition at a technical level 

  • Prepare demos, business proposals, RFI and RFP responses, and provide timely and accurate quotations 

  • Support the definition of RAN solutions for prospects and for specific verticals (e.g. Private Cellular) 

  • Develop and maintain sales and marketing materials for our customers, sales channels and presales activities 
  • Support early customer installations

  • Support validation of our solutions by the customers

  • Provide input on business requirements and competitive landscape to help define the company’s Cloud Native Open RAN SW roadmap

  • Define market/customer requirements as input to High Level Specifications (HLS), roadmap and product requirements

  • Develop our tradeshow presence, demos and presentations
